Cancellation, Refund and Exchange are not accepted unless noted as below,
If you wish to cancel your order which you have placed with Mudhra Design, please do so within 24 hours from the order placement. Otherwise we do not accept cancellation.
If the product is not as per description or major damage, please report our customer service (by Email: [email protected]or Whatsapp: +918714846957, +918714836957) within 24 hours from the receival of the product with proof (photo/vedio). Otherwise we do not accept exchange/refund.
Please note that, product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your device display settings.
If you are eligible for refund, we will refund the amount within 5 to 7 business days with same payment method used while ordering (after receiving the returned product and inspected & approved from Mudhra Design). The cost of shipping charge may deducted from your refund amount.
If you are eligible for exchange the product, sent back in the original package (with unused condition) with all bills and tags with a standard trackable shipping service. Please confirm with our customer service before sending back the product to us. Product Exchange are possible within 7 days only if the same product (size/colour/material) is in stock with Mudhra Design.
